Stock Availability

All orders are subject to stock availability.

Although we strive to maintain accurate stock levels, occasional discrepancies may occur. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will:

  • ship available items immediately

  • notify you about the backordered item

  • offer either a restock wait or a refund


Shipping Costs

Calculation of Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • weight

  • dimensions

  • delivery location

The amount shown at checkout is the final shipping cost and will be paid together with your order.


Order Dispatch

Dispatch Time

Orders placed:

  • Before 10:00 AM (business days) → shipped same day

  • After 10:00 AM → shipped next business day

Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.


Delivery Timeframes

Typically 2–7 business days

International Delivery

Typically 4–22 business days, depending on courier and destination.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, courier delays, or external factors.


Change of Delivery Address

You may request an address change before dispatch.
Once shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed.


P.O. Box & Special Addresses

  • P.O. Box addresses → Postal services only

  • Military addresses → Postal services only

  • Courier services may not be available for these locations


Out of Stock During Shipping

If part of your order becomes unavailable:

  • in-stock items will ship immediately

  • remaining items will ship once restocked


Tracking Notifications

Once dispatched, you will receive:

  • tracking number

  • tracking link

You can monitor shipment progress directly with the courier.


Damaged Parcels in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • provide photos of damage

Duties & Taxes

Returns & Change of Mind

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns within 7 days if:

  • original packaging intact

  • resellable condition

Customer pays return shipping.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Warranty Returns

Valid warranty claims must be submitted within 90 days of receiving the item.

  2. Return shipping initially prepaid by customer

Delivery Issues

Lost or Damaged Parcels (Insurance)

All parcels are insured.

  • lost → replacement or refund

Resolution begins once the courier completes their investigation.


Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled:

  • anytime before dispatch → full refund

  • after dispatch → follow returns policy


Insurance

All shipments are insured for loss or damage up to the value declared by the courier.
