Returns and Refunds Policy for MF SOLAR ENERGY

Notification of Intent to Return

Notification Period: Please notify MF Solar Energy of your intent to return an item within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

Return Procedure

Procedure: If you wish to process a return, please contact us at Info@mfsolarenergy.store. For damaged or defective goods, we'll ask for photographic evidence to be sent to us.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to personal preference or a change of heart, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Company Responsibility (Faulty or Damaged Items): If the item is faulty or damaged,  MF Solar Energy will cover the return shipping costs.

Instructions for Sending Items Back

Warehouse Return: Goods should only be returned to our warehouse for processing. Please do not send them back to the manufacturer.

Processing of Refunds, Replacements, or Credits

Inspection Required: Refunds, replacements, or credits will be processed only after the returned items have been received and inspected at our warehouse.

Handling Fees for Returns Due to Change of Heart

Deduction for Handling: If the return is due to a change of heart, a 15% handling fee will be deducted from the refund.

Policy for Damaged or Defective Goods

Replacement or Refund: If an item is received damaged or defective and we have stock, we'll replace it. If not, a full refund will be provided for the damaged item.

Acceptance Criteria for Returns

Original Condition Required: Returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original, unopened packaging and hasn't been tampered with or used.

Exclusion of Refunds for Used Products

No Refunds for Used Items: Refunds will not be granted if there's evidence the product has been used.

Delivery Times for Exchanged Products

Variable Delivery Times: The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you can vary based on your location.

Refund Amount for Returns Due to Personal Preference

Calculation of Refund: When a refund is granted due to personal preference, the refund will exclude the original delivery fee, and a 15% handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
