This policy outlines the terms for delivery, returns, replacements, and refunds for purchases made through MF Solar Energy. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.


Delivery Policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier services. Estimated delivery times will be shared during checkout or order confirmation.

Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • courier issues

  • weather conditions

  • public holidays

  • stock availability

MF Solar Energy is not liable for delays beyond our control.


Returns & Refunds Policy

Notification of Intent to Return

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team by email

  2. Provide order details and reason for return

  3. For damaged or defective products, include clear photographic evidence

  4. Wait for return authorization and instructions

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.


Shipping Costs for Returns

Customer Responsibility

If returning due to:

  • change of mind

  • personal preference

  • ordering the wrong item

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Company Responsibility

If the item is:

  • faulty

  • defective

  • damaged during delivery

We will cover the return shipping costs.


Where to Send Returns

All returns must be sent only to our warehouse.
Do not send items directly to manufacturers.

(Return address will be provided after approval.)


Inspection & Processing

All returned items will be:

  • received

  • inspected

  • verified

After inspection, we will process either:

  • replacement

  • refund

  • store credit

Processing may take 5–7 business days.


Change of Mind Returns

If returning due to personal preference:

  • Item must be unopened and unused

  • Original packaging required

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable

  • 15% handling/restocking fee will be deducted


Damaged or Defective Items

If a product arrives damaged or faulty:

  • We will replace it if stock is available

  • If not available, a full refund will be issued


Return Acceptance Criteria

Returns will only be accepted if:

  • product is unused

  • in original packaging

  • not opened or tampered with

  • includes all accessories and manuals


Used Products Policy

Products showing signs of use, installation, or damage caused by misuse are not eligible for refund or return.


Exchanges

Exchange delivery times depend on:

  • product availability

  • your delivery location

  • courier service

We will provide tracking once shipped.


Refund Calculation

For approved returns due to change of mind:

Refund = Product price – 15% handling fee – original delivery charges

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
